How to keep my hamster occupied.?

I kno exactly what you mean, as my hammie does the same thing, even tho she has a HUMUNGOUS cage and LOADS of chews/toys!! The only thing I find has worked to stop her gnawing the bars, is to put selotape or masking tape over them (or the bits she chews) so she can't get her nose though and her mouth over the bar, if you see what I mean! Or you could move her to a gl cage! good luck!
