There is a person using this address:Marina doc@allonmedicine.com!!?

Marina doc@allonmedicine.com claims to be from russia, but i just did a search for her address and noticed it in yahoo answers!! she wants $300 from me, and i beleive at this point i am being scammed here!! can anyone confirm that Marina doc@allonmedicine.com is not a russian woman and is a scammer?
