Eviction Hearing Tomorrow (in San Antonio TX)?

I live in Cali so Im not sure about the laws in Texas, but I can tell you that the proof ly's on them. You dont have to prove that you never received it - they on the other hand, have to prove that you did. They need to show the judge some type of doentation showing you signed for the paperwork upon it being delivered to you..... Also, If you can come up with the $$$ soon, you can let the judge know that the rent will be paid by such & such a date so you can remain a tenant...
