Fallout 3, Megaton and Tenpenny Tower questions. Care to answer?

My plan here buddy, is to get out of the vault, go to megaton, talk to lucas(sheriff), aquire quest, then talk to burke, go to tenpenny tower, fast travel back to megaton, kill everyone acquire everything, break into everywhere, steal everything (for a ton of neg. karma),get blehead,jerichos not woth the trouble(cause later on youll find out about ther muty that can talk to u and hell be ur frind if u have good karma after the presidential quest). the dog sucks. you cant get into megaton after u blow it up because of all the radiation.make sure to pick the armory and take out lucas's deputy mr handy. then fast travel to tenpenny tower go upstairs to burke and blow the damn thing!!!
