What is the most effective bait to catch small fish like b, trout, and perch?

for b i would deffinatly try a rebel pop r it is beast i just got it two days ago and b go crazy for it. also for b try rebel grhopers lures in yellow just retrieve it super slow with a tug here and there about twenty minutes ago i about had a b with it,, a BIGGEN!!!! i lost it in the weeds): try usin curly tails for trout and perch like powerbait curly tails or grubs. best of luck to ya!!!!
