He would be considered the best pitcher of all time, because he would have 80 more wins than the current all-time leader (Cy Young, with 511), he would have one of the lowest ERAs ever, and have an amazing amount of complete games and shutouts for pitching in an era where pitch counts and innings are closely scrutinized. Additionally, the fact that he would be able to sustain such great ratios (ERA, WHIP, BAA) over such a prolonged period of time would make him a god in most people's eyes.
