My coordination is awful?

my coordination is really poor. whenever i write i can hardly read my own writing, i can't draw worth anything, and i don't play that much as far as videogames go, but for as much as i play them compared to friends i almost always take dead last no matter what happens. also, for years i've played trumptet and honestly, really sluffed off for the first couple years and my band teacher would always scream "do you have cerebral palsy!!!" but now we have a new teacher (after 7 years of band with the old one) and he asked me honestly (not being a jerk) if i had some nervous systom disorder or cerebral palsy cause i... suck... suck really bad. I'm sure this all sounds really whiney, but i was wondering if something might be wrong with my nerves. i also have severe anxiety so that might tie into it. any answers would be appreciated =) also.... please no "yep the anxiety could cause that" cause i already know that... mainly i just want to know if i can improve my writing and drawing. i have all these ideas, but unless i type them i can't get very much out and it's really frustrating-_- should i just get really obsessive with practicing?
