What is the highest paying pediatric job?

I am looking into a medical career involving mainly pediatrics. I want to work in NICU (neonatal intensive care unit) or as a general pediatrician but I also want to look at pay scales. Right now any job in pediatrics is on my top list but what is the highest paying?
