How do I stop kids from deleting text and call record?

Hey Im new to here and I have a few questions. I decided to give my kids a couple of centros and now I am having some problems. I am not trying to be nosey but I would really like it if there were a feature where I could have some parental controls on the phone and not let them delete the call record or text. Is there anyone that can help me with this?
