While writing literary critism, can you give a lil synopsis to get to the point? is this good ysis?

Rebecca is considered a gothic novel, a novel where setting takes an important role in the overall story. One of the examples of this statement can be found on how the setting plays with the protagonist and mirrors her state of mind. The heroine is very young compared to her newly husband, a wealthy and recently widowed man. The young couple has a quick wedding and a short honeymoon, and it isn’t enough time for the young lady, whose name is never made known, to adapt to the new social status and the position of wife of Maxim deWinter. She also faces a great challenge, stand up to the reputation of the deceased Rebecca deWinter. Rebecca’s presence in the house is extremely strong, her books are still there, her decorations, and an entire section of the house has been closed since her death. All this, makes the new lady of the house feel extremely insecure, she gets lost very often, and as she says “I was a guest again”
