Sims 3- She won't go to work!?

All the other sims in the house work, but for one, when it comes time to go to work, she gets in the carpool but is then teleported to inside the house. Her mood is really high. She's a workaholic, so i can work at home so I don't lose my job, but WTF? I tried clicking our car, the on in the career panel, even clicking her work building, nothing works!
