What does and industrial/organizational psycholigst do and where might they be employed?

I have a pion for psychology, but I know I don't want to do therapy. I also enjoy business. I noticed that some schools offer a masters and Ph.D in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, but what do these people really do for a living? What does the job entail? Where might they be employed- give specific names of places of employment, don't just say consulting or government- be specific!
